A NEW WORLD

Foundations of dog education, communication and cognitive-emotional learning.

When a dog begins a quality educational program, it is also beginning a vital process. A series of changes occur within the dog's functional system that allow for an exponential development of its cognitive, emotional, social and physical capacities. At the same time, training provides it with a useful social role through coordinated work with its tutor that allows it to focus and use the social energy it generates, in the most appropriate way.

Capicua works from a technical, global, open and integrative model that incorporates new knowledge about dog learning and behavior into its training. Based on a set of ordered, systematized and reproducible protocols, we intervene in the dog through its physical, emotional, cognitive and social dimensions.

In this intensive program we will learn the basics of cognitive-emotional training from which we will teach the dog the essential handling behaviors; sit/lie down, wait, come and walk together, in its early stages. At the same time, we will provide it with skills that facilitate progressive learning and we will build spaces where the dog and its guardian can practice and improve two-way communication and the bond that unites them.
